We’ve got some exciting news! The next time you and your sweetie visit us, you’ll probably notice something different—our name. It’s changing from Caesars Pocono Resorts to Cove Haven Entertainment Resorts. We assumed you might have some questions, so take a look at the list below. Have the resorts been sold?

No. Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. have owned Cove Haven Entertainment Resorts since 1998.

Why did the name change?

Our parent company’s rights to the Caesars name have expired. We saw this as an excellent opportunity to select a name that honors the heritage our resorts were built on and the reputation you’ve helped us create over the last 50 years.

What’s in a name?

Everything! The decision to change the name to Cove Haven Entertainment Resorts was done for a simple reason—the original Cove Haven Resort was the name that started it all, for the Pocono region and the company. For us, it made complete sense to honor that heritage. The addition of the word “Entertainment” updates our image to better reflect our ongoing commitment to providing you and yours the best possible experience every time you enter the Land of Love.

What about the property names?

The Cove Haven Resort, Paradise Stream Resort and Pocono Palace Resort names will remain the same. Cove Haven Entertainment Resorts is simply the name of the company that operates the three resorts.

Will we notice the difference next time we’re there?

A little bit. All of the signs that refer to Caesars Pocono Resorts will be updated to Cove Haven Entertainment Resorts, but the name change will have no direct impact on the service and experience you’ve grown to love. It will be romance as usual at the Land of Love.

Yeah, but will this change all that we love about the resorts?

Of course not! We know it’s the All-Inclusive experience that keeps you coming back, so that will never change. Cove Haven Entertainment Resorts will continue to offer everything you need for the perfect romantic getaway—great entertainment, activities and unique dining experiences like Fat Paulie’s and Strip Night.

Will the rates change?

No. The name change will have no impact on our rates.

Will we still receive special mailers and e-mails?

Yes. If you currently receive mail from us, you will continue to receive it. Also, to be sure you continue to receive email updates and information about our resorts, please add this new address to your email address book—love@covehavenentertainmentresorts.delivery.net. We wouldn’t want a spam filter to come between us!
