2. What's the weather going to be like?

3. When is check-in and check-out times?
   Check-in Time – Begins at 3:30 p.m.
   Check-out Time – 11:00 a.m., but you can stay and play until 5 p.m.

5. Does all-inclusive include alcohol?
   No, alcohol is not included, however soda, juice, coffee and tea are included during breakfast and dinner.
6. Do we have to pay rental fees for roller skates, tennis rackets, etc.?
   Rental fees are not required for these activities.
7. How do you get in the Champagne Towers?
   The entrance to the Champagne Whirlpool is on the fourth level. You step down into the whirlpool bath.
8. Do all the rooms have bathrooms and showers?
   Yes, and they are luxurious!
9. What is the weight limit of the Champagne Towers?
   There is no limit.
10. Do you make snow all year round?
    It’s a little hard to make snow in the summertime, but when it’s cold enough in the winter months, we do make snow for our guests at each resort!
11. What is the seating like in the Restaurant?
    Generally couples are seated with other couples - it's a great way to make friends and share stories, perhaps stories about how you met. However, upon request, you and your loved one can now enjoy romantic breakfasts and dinners at the comfort of your own private table.
12. Do you have gambling?
    No, however only 2 miles away you can enjoy the excitement of Mount Airy Resort and only 50 minutes away enjoy Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs.
13. Are pets allowed?
    No.
14. Are there Irons and Ironing Boards in the suites?
    Yes, each suite has its own iron and ironing board.
15. Are there hair dryers in the suites?
    Yes, each suite has its own hair dryer.
16. What is the deposit policy?
    To confirm your reservation, a $100 deposit must be placed on your reservation. Other deposit requirements may apply. Call for complete details.
17. What is the cancellation policy?
    To obtain a refund, cancellation must be made 5 days or more prior to arrival. A cancellation less than 5 days prior to arrival will result in a forfeit of deposit. Other cancellation requirements may apply. Call for complete details.
18. Are kids allowed? To ensure your stay is the most passionate and romantic it can be, all 3 resorts are couples-only.
19.  Are there Kosher Meals available?
    
    The Kosher Meals we have at each resort are from Tova’s Best. All meats used in the meals are GLATT. All meals are double-wrapped. They are heated and served that way. At Tova’s Best there is a Mashghiach on their premises at all times. All Tova’s best products are gluten free. Below are all Tova’s Best products we offer:

20. Is there WiFi in my suite? To ensure your stay is as intimate as possible, we do not offer wifi in the suites. If you do feel the need to connect, we do have WiFi in our Cafe.
21. Is there a microwave in my suite? There are plenty of ways to heat things up in your suite! But there is not a microwave.
