Cove Haven Entertainment Resorts collects and maintains a limited amount of information via website about its customers. No other information about any customer or potential customer is collected or retained, unless the customer purchases a stay via the website, and in that instance, credit card information - credit card type, number and expiration date - is then collected, verified and retained.

WEBSITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By using the Website and/or by purchasing goods and/or services from Cove Haven Entertainment Resorts d/b/a Cove Haven, Inc., you as User hereby agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

I. Arbitration and Venue.
All Users of this Website and persons who contract for the purchases of goods or services with Cove Haven, Inc. agree that any and all disputes between Cove Haven Entertainment Resorts and User regarding any matters whatsoever between the parties shall be arbitrated in Scranton, Pennsylvania by and in accordance with the then applicable Rules of the American Arbitration Association.

II. Jurisdiction/Forum Selection.
User also agrees and does hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of both the Monroe County, Court of Common Pleas and the U.S. District for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, Scranton, Pennsylvania for the purpose of the enforcing any arbitration award as contemplated by the Paragraph above.

III. Applicable Law - Choice of Law.
User hereby agrees that the law applicable to any and all disputes between User and Cove Haven Entertainment Resorts regarding any matters between the parties shall be the law of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States of America.

Updates To The Privacy Statement.
Cove Haven, Inc. may amend this Privacy Statement from time to time in order to meet changes in the regulatory environment, business needs, or to satisfy the needs of our guests, properties, strategic marketing partners, and service providers. Updated versions will be posted to our web site and date stamped so that you are always aware of when the Privacy Statement was last updated.
